I was not satisfied with the service at the Comfort Inn, Tysons Corners. I called from Dulles to get picked up by their shuttle and was told to wait at pick up spot 2H for a ten o'clock van. It arrived at 10:25 pm. Then after getting to the hotel I found that there was no early morning shuttle back to the airport and had to order a cab which cost $30. I had selected this hotel because it advertised shuttle service to Dulles! While I was waiting for the Comfort Inn van other hotel vans passed me several times. So, in sum, the Comfort Inn van is less than satisfactory.
