The outside and lobby looks like your typical Comfort Inn, but we walked into our room and were blown away. Me and 4 friends got the 2 room suite that had a king bed and 2 queens and a huge tv. The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was in the bar and the cleaniness of it was horrible. The gentlemen that was suppose to be taking care of it was more interested in watching the news than cleaning tables as well as restocking food. A good value. Not the most elegant hotel in New York city, but clean, comfortable and convenient to Midtown.

I am very satisfied with the Comfort inn Chelsea.It is in a good location and neighborhood. The hotel staff is very satisfied.
