Comcast High Speed ISP Review

Comcast itself is ok, but my experience trying to GET it was terrible!

I called on a Monday to schedule the install - the guy I spoke with said "how about tomorrow?"  Meaning TUESDAY.  So i was off work, and I said sure.

Tuesday from 3-6 I sat @ my apartment.  Good thing I had a book to read.  No one showed up.

Wednesday, I'm at work, and I get a call from comcast saying they are at my apartment, where was i?!   I called the main office, and had to reschedule for the FOLLOWING  Tuesday.  Then, when I finally got the install done, they brought a regular cable box and NOT the DVR i requested... That took another week to get.

The service is ok, but hope you have a lot of time to deal with getting it set up...
