Comcast High Speed ISP —
The product is good, the service is terrible. I love the always connected, high speed internet. However, the customer serivce at comcast is appalling. When we moved from one house to the next it took 3 weeks to get our service transferred to the new home, and then the installation was done incorrectly. It took another week to get a new service person to our home to fix it. Their reps are rude on the phone and you cannot talk directly to a supervisor. They will take your "name and number" and tell you a supervisor will call you back, but they never do. Recently we had an unexplained $239 "one time other fee" on our bill. The phone rep "could not disclose the reason for the fee". We ended our service immediately. Ridiculous!
