Comcast High Speed ISP —
Comcast is the spawn of satan, in my opinion. When it works, it works, but if connection is lost or unavailable from their end, they will not reimburse or give any kind of credit. Customer service reps are usually pretty friendly, but they are unable to help out in some circumstances.One plus--if the service is threatened for shut off, they will give you up to 2 weeks to pay it with the internet still running. That's a great thing.
All in all, waiting for Wide Open West to come to my area. They have a much better package deal than comcast, and I understand their service is impeccable.
