comcast is very unorganized in customer assitance

not rich

Pros

always on connection, download speed rocks

Cons

No Customer Service, scheduling installation was AWFUL, high priced, no reimbursement for bad service, Ignorant Customer Service

After the hurricane and the electricity came back on, tryed out my internet service and it did not work. talked to some of the neighbors and they said theres was working so I called comcast. They said there were problems in the neighbor hood and would like to set up an appointment for september 22 between 11 am and 4 pm. someone would need to be home. No one showed up that day. Called back and they said they was very busy and would have some one out on the 25th and every thing would be working. Nothing that day so called back only to hear that they need to set up an appointment for the 29th between 11am and 4 pm and someone needs to be there. No one ever showed up. so I called back said they don't know what happened and would like to set up an appointment for oct.3 between 11am and 4pm. well at 3:30 i called to see what was going on an they told me that they still had 30 mins to get there. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. called back and talked to 3 diffrent people the last one a supervisor who assured me that I was number one priority for oct 4th.At 5pm today called to see if they would make it and they said don't know, but someone will probably be out within 2 weeks. For the amount of money they charge you would think that they could hire someone who knows what is going on.be aware of comcast!!!!!
