Comcast - Cable Company — 

Comcast Digital provides great picture quality, a DVR integrated with the cable box, a nice program guide, tons of On Demand, etc. The only problem is the customer service. It can take over an hour to get a human being on the phone :(

However, if you are considering a TIVO and are about to spend several hundred bux on a DVR and monthly service in addition to your cable bill, consider the Comcast DVR which is a cable box with a DVR built in. It's very handy. Not quite as good as Tivo, but one less box, one less bill etc.
