    undertrained installers, overpriced, bad customer service, no other choice

Our cable goes out every storm, high wind,or for the hell of it.  They always send out incapable people to try and get it back up.They don't ever seem to  have the supplies they need to fix it,so that delays it another day. Then they won't give you a time when they are coming. It will be between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. That is a whole day of missed work. It's overpriced and it's the only choice we have in a cable co. So we only do the basic package with them. And we won't bundle with them. Then everything goes out, no thanks.
