Cons
    always having problems with cable, overpriced, extremely expensive, no other choice, monopoly, bad customer service

I really have nothing good to say about comcast.  I think the way we can obtain cable goes against the anti-monopoly ideals of this country.  In my area the only cable company available is Comcast.  my other option is DirecTV or Dish network, but the positioning of my condo does not allow me to get a signal, therefore I am stuck with overpriced, unreliable service.  I wish that there were more choices in cable in each area.  There is nothing like a little friendly competition to get  prices and service in check.
