Comcast - Cable Company Review

i know from personal history and from experiences relayed to me by others who have done business with this company that you always end up with higher bills than you should have. Apparently and all to often they make errors in their computer data and there is never anyone in the company available to talk to or correspond with to correct their mistakes.  It makes you wonder, are these really mistakes or is this the company's way of bringing in more money.  Comcast cable certainly cannot compete with sattelite tv companies in terms of variety of tv programming or in prices of the packages they offer.  And they absolutely can't compete with sattelite tv companies in terms of customer service.
