Cons
    No e-mail notification, overpriced, extremely expensive, they dont know how to run a bussiness, way too expensive, monopoly

I had my account on auto-pay with a credit card because I travel a lot for work.  So one day, I find out my cable had been cancelled, with no notification.  Turns out, even when you get an e-bill, they _mail_ out the past due notices, nor do they try the credit card without action from you.  I cancel my account, and what do I recieve?  Another bill, which I'm told to ignore.  Arrgh.
