Comcast - Cable Company —

Comcast's bigges problem is they are trying to send too many channels over a cable that was never designed for that many. The result is that they compress the signal too much and the high definition channels look like standard def used to look and many of the standard def channels are almost unwatchable. The compression is so bad that when watching a baseball game recently, a player with bushy curly hair shook his head and the hair stood still while the head moved under it! This is because the hair has so much detail, the over-compresssion couldn't keep up.My daughter has satellite and the picture is 300% better. I would switch to satellite if they only had the baseball games I want but Comcast has a monopoly.

The other major problem I have is that customer support has no tools to fix problems. The only thing they ever do I schedule a home visit by a tech when the problem is clearly with their central office equipment.
