We've been Comcast subscribers for many years now. Since moving to Snohomish County (in Washington state), we've had really good Comcast service. When needed immediate service due to our cable box going out, the service people showed up exactly at the time they said they would. They were polite, set up the box quickly, answered all my questions and really listened. When we had the service re-connected after our move three years ago, the service tech spent an hour working to boost our signal strength so we'd get a great signal instead of just a so-so one. The last time a service rep was here he gave us two extra remotes because our old ones had lost the battery covers in the back.
The only complaints we have about Comcast is their cable boxes tend to fritz out more frequently than I'd expect and their cost is a little higher than we'd like, but then isn't everything lately? We've had to have ours replaced two or three times already.
Overall, they have great customer service here.
