Comcast - Cable Company Review

First a monthly charge appeared on my bill as service insurance so I called to cancel it. A few days later I called to complain my internet service was very slow so the customer service rep said he could tell my inside wires were not connected properly (all of a sudden?) and immediately dispatched someone to "fix them." The tech showed up and said the wires were fine but couldn't figure out why the service was so slow and left. The next month my bill had a $30 one-time charge for service. I called and complained that I was duped and the rep said she would remove the charge. The following month my bill had another charge for $30 instead of a credit. I called today and the rep said she would remove the charge. I said two charges had to come off and she couldn't understand why it should be two. After several times being put on hold she said she could only remove one charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was left on hold for 30 minutes. Then another person who was listening in (but not a supervisor) came on the line and also did not understand my situation. I also asked how to change my billing method and he said I had to go to my local office to do that. I was so infuriated at that point I said I wanted to cancel the service because they were a bunch of idiots. He hung up on me. So I called back and the next rep was very helpful, gave me her name and badge number, immediately saw the problem and removed both charges, and walked me through the online procedure to change my billing. What a difference between two reps!
