    bad customer service, monopoly, no other choice

we subscribe to comcast digital cable. it frequently freezes, the box resets itself at will, and their program guide is frequently inaccurate. unfortunately, in tennessee there is little cable choice. i should get a dish, but the nfl package is a bit pricey.....
