I love that they have On Demand but it doesn't work half the time.  There's a lot of "communication time outs."  Great internet sercive, and love that premium channels are also On Demand.  Comes with DVR, which is cool.  Customer service is nice half the time.  It's very overpriced...I think I pay around $185/month, and I don't even buy Pay-Per-View movies/programs.

That is pricey. Maybe you should switch to something else.
