Budget-Conscious, somewhat tech savvy, computer literate
Pros

    I don't have to buy the equipment!, No ugly DISH on my roof, No atmospheric interference, Usually good reception, OnDemand, Picture doesn't change with the weather, ON DEMAND, Always available, Amazingly affordable!, Fast internet service, Interactive TV guide, HD DVR, no outages during bad weather

Cons
    unhelpful employees, horrible customer service, Poor Tech support., Inadequate record keeping, undertrained installers, inconsistent information between reps, limited on demand movie selection, UNDERTRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, good handle full who help overall terrib, bad customer service, awful customer service

Comcast offers great specials and we are in love with on demand.  Those are the perks.  Customer service for the most part is terrible.  Tech support seems to only read from a book and not actually have any knowledge of their equipment.  The installers are either awesome or awful...doesn't seem to be any inbetween there.  I pay very little for my package though so I'm willing to put up with the hassle.  We also have Direct tv in several rooms.  Their customer service is superior to Comcast but the problems with it are more frequent so I'd choose comcast over Directtv anyday...at least I don't have to deal with them often!
