service & quality are lacking since Comcast took over TimeWarner

I believe in honesty, a busy person, not rich
Cons
    Poor phone reception, internet outages during high winds, problems with phone, bad customer service, monopoly, unhelpful employees, extremely expensive, no other choice, problems with internet

As soon as Comcast took over Time Warner services in my area, my digital phone quit working. The bill for my cable and internet seems to go up every month with no explination.

Getting a straight answer from the customer service reps is impossible.
