    bad customer service, awful customer service, unhelpful employees, undertrained installers, overpriced, extremely expensive, no other choice, monopoly

I have had dealings with Comcast with my phone, cable and internet service.  I have dealt with them via their call in center, in person & on the web (email and live chat).  Every encounter has been painstaking.  The reps i worked with seem not to care, nor want to find solutions.  I wish i had alternatives.
