    unhelpful employees, overpriced, awful customer service, bad customer service, extremely expensive, no other choice, monopoly

Comcast's customer service is rude and unresponsive.  They will offer you a promotional rate and then refuse to honor it.  This is a horrible company, and I would stay away.
