comcast is difficult to live with

Budget-Conscious, technically challenged, computer literate, waiting for version2.0
Pros

    Good programming lineup, Good channel package

Cons
    unhelpful employees, always having problems with cable, overpriced, no other choice, monopoly, bad customer service

I'm getting closer to dropping Comcast cable service. The picture quality is nothing special and the pixualization (sp?) is terrible. We've had their service out 3-4 times in the last few months and each time they basically tell us that the previous service man messed something up. It actually gets worse when it rains. We've had 3 different cable boxes and the second TV that is not connected through a box has none of these problems. All this is just so we can get the 3-4 channels that we want that are over #99. Just not sure it's worth it anymore.
