Installing and disconnecting my cable and high-speed Internet were a pain.  They showed up early for my installation appointment, and I had to wait another week to reschedule.  I've gotten bills for not one, but TWO months after I disconnected service and personally delivered my cable box, remote, and modem to the local office.  The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at Comcast.  I had been warned about their poor customer service, but with the monopolies that cable providers get, your option is to do without--also not good.
