Comcast knows we have no other options so I guess that's why there is no need, in their eyes, to fix anything. Almost every rep I've ever dealt with has been an idiot but the last straw was several months ago when I needed a service call because my internet was out. I have Vonage, so therefore, so was my telephone. (I do not have a cell). They cancelled 3 appts on me because they said they called my home to comfirm the appt each but I never got back to them. Probably because, as I mentioned EACH time I'd call back from work the next day, that they COULDN'T reach me at home and I DID want to have a service call. MORONS

Oh,and the box dies every 6 months so I have to replace it.

yes agree with you, the service is overpriced and bad equipments, the most cheaper and bad equipment these guy use all the times. Always broken.
