don't seem too interested in fixing repeated problem

technically challenged, computer literate
Pros

    Good programming lineup, Interactive TV guide, Good channel package, no outages during bad weather

Cons
    undertrained installers, overpriced

Got their version of TIVO....think we're on the 8th box now. Doesn't do as advertised. Have pointed out the problems - of which they are aware, but they do not seem to be attempting to solve any of the kinks. Currently living with the irritation, but waiting for husband to blow up & change services any time now (he's sidetracked now on another matter & not in front of the TV as often as he wil be when SEC football starts.....that's when he'll probably take some action.)   Bottom line: I don't recommend their TIVO as it opperates currently.
