Pros

    no outages during bad weather

Cons
    outsourced customer service, overpriced, Channels move around too much, Unintelligent customer service, Too many channels that I can't get

Just recently got digitial boxes (yes, I'm in the dark ages).  When there is a change, they only change one box which necessitates another phone call to the outsourced customer service.  2 hours later after arguing that a tech does not have to come out, they finally update the other 2 boxes.

 Blood pressure certainly goes up!!!
