More imortantly, it's lightweight, folds up tightly and comes with a carrying strap.  It also has height adjustable handles and every tall parent knows these are a must.

It has quite a few downsides though.  The basket is a lot roomier than it looks however the metal bar underneath makes it difficult to get anything  in or out.  The sunshade could stand to be bigger or...

The Combi Flare is sooo easy to use.  I bought it to replace our fullsize evenflo stroller which was too heavy & difficult to get in & out of the trunk of my car.

I bought this stoller to keep at my inlaws house. I love it. It folds up to the size of a umbrella stroller but has all the features of a full sized stroller. Basket underneath, reciling back. This stroller has a carrying stap.  THe only down fall is if you put something heavy in the basket it will hit the ground and drag.  THis stroller is also very light weight.
