Not the best design for turning.

Pros

    Has a peak window in umbrella., Folds up nicely., It's lightweight., Takes very little space., Great for traveling.

Cons
    Somewhat difficult to steer

Cosco stroller is nice size, easy to fold and store.  But, the wheels need to be bigger or something because it is hard to turn or even keep it going straight.  Not the easiest to push.Very nice strap design for holding child in place.  Footrest could be a different design for childs feet.  Nice basket for carring extras and cup holder at top of handle is very nice.
