I've ordered address labels from Colorful Images in the past and was satisfied with the service and quality. Unfortunately, I recently experienced poor customer service & quality. I took advantage of a 30% discount on address labels on Black Friday 2014. I expected to receive the labels by mid-December, as these address labels were for my Christmas cards. When the labels did not arrive by 12/15, I reported the issue. The representative placed a new order & thankfully I received by 12/19. However, now I had to rush to mail my cards. The original labels I ordered finally arrived on 12/26 - very disappointing. To top it off, the labels are difficult to remove from the base adhesive.... quality has truly slipped. Product Pricing Not worth ordering unless you obtain free shipping or significant discount.

I counsel for a living and you'd be quite surprised by what I am confronted with on a daily basis. I went to ColorfulImages.com after a good friend recommended it based on past experience. I immediately fell in love with the Charming Tails products. The little animals are just too cute. I browsed for quite some time before ultimately choosing the flying pig - for my husband who loves to say " when pigs fly" and a book of sentiments to help me become more versed in my interpersonal communications. Their shipping policies on the site where explained in a way that was a bit confusing, however, I was able to reach someone through live chat and was quite impressed by the professionalism and knowledgeable approach the rep gave. They shipped relatively quickly and I had no issues of having to return anything. The only thing was my husband didn't think the flying pig was as funny as I did! Ease of Use Couldn't really fully understand shipping policy at first.

I have used Colorful Images.com in the past, but stopped using them about a year or two ago when they stopped being competitive in their pricing. They are not expensive by any means, but they are not as cheap as other places. And shipping is kinda high. Shipping also takes quite awhile. I recommend ordering christmas items in very early November in order to have them in time for the holidays. Customer service is not that great. Mist of the representatives act like you are disturbing them and can't wait to get you off the phone. I have been disconnected several times, which is super annoying when you have already been on hold for long periods of time. They also sell little knick knacks and other items besides labels, cards, stationary, and those types of things. They have decent sales, but make up for it usually in the shipping charges. I recommend doing your research first before ordering because you can usually find the same quality elsewhere cheaper.

They have double charged my credit card from an order back in June and told me to wait 72 hours to see if the charge drops off and if not to call back!! People need to be aware of this company! AND double check their statement. I was told by customer service that all orders from June and July were double charged today! I told the customer service rep that this was unacceptable. She contacts a customer service rep and tells me they will attempt to reverse the charge but since it is after 5 pm there won't be much they can do. I told the rep that it was unbelievable that they are aware of the situation, have my contact info and don't contact customers to let them know. She then had a supervisor call me and the supervisor told me that they can't reverse the charges via my bank without my authorization! Told her they didn't have my authorization to CHARGE my card so reverse the fraudulant charge. The rep's response..."Whatever". I will never order from this company again!

After 10 days and 15 minutes on hold with customer service (not including the guy who hung up on me) I was told to wait full 14 days (for what I paid in shipping it should have been here a lot faster!) Arrived day 14 and labels are butt ugly. Never again.

I have done business with Colorful Images for years with no issues. Recently I ordered checks and matching labels which both items showed on sale on site AND catalog. I received an email order confirmation AND credit card alert-both showing my correct (sale) amount. But in checking my credit card statement online-amount increased to full price. When I phoned customer service and tried to explain their error stating that online my cart shows the sale price AND so does my recent catalog the customer service rep-Amber said NO I was wrong-quoted the full price and when I tried to say they were in error she wouldn't stop talking (she would be good at Telemarketing) -interrupting me and promptly HUNG UP on me!! Unbelieveable poor service!! Obviously the company must be hurting and needs every penny no matter what happens to the customer. Doubtful I will ever do business with them again. Shopper beware!!

I've just received my first order from Colorful Images. It was not what I what I was expecting. I have to say that the paper quality is something I could have bought at an office supply store and printed on my home printer. Based on the quality of the website, I thought I was getting a professional product. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! My labels took a long time to arrive, and when they did, they were printed wrong! The sheets were different size labels! When I contact customer service I was told that it would like 24 hours for someone to reply to how they were going to fix it. Needless to say I told them to just refund my money. The printing quality was horrible too. If I could of given it zero stars I would of.

I ordered Christmas address labels to be used on my Christmas cards in mid-November.  About a week later, I was told that my order had shipped and my credit card was charged for the full amount.  Two weeks later, when I had not received the labels, I contacted customer service and was told (similar to another reviewer on this site) that the labels would not be considered "late or lost" until three full weeks after shipment.  I waited another week and contacted customer service again, at which point I was told that there had been a "delay" in the shipment of my order.  I was told that I could reorder the labels, but that the labels could not be expedited and would not arrive in time to be used for my Christmas cards.  In the alternative, I was given the option to get a refund.  I requested the refund on 12/5/10.  Despite two follow-up emails, to date (12/15/10) I have still not received a refund.  I have simply been told on multiple occasions that my refund request has been sent to "upper management."  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
