ColorWorks Ultra Shiny Lip gloss

I have been looking for a lip gloss that works for me as a 35+ stay home Mom of two. Last summer I became tired of having the matte lipstick color and chapstick as my only options! I wanted so shine but no shimmer or sparkle. After trying 3 different kinds of lip gloss I almost gave up. They were either the wrong color, too glossy or too shimmery. Then I pulled out a little case of makeup that I received as a gift and took a look at the lip gloss that came with the pack. I gave one of them a try and noticed it was too pink for me. I am a warm, light color on the color palette and tend to look better with brown and coral based lip colors. Then I looked at the other lip gloss and was skeptical because from the outside of the tube it looks shiny and shimmery. I gave it a try anyway and was pleasantly surprised!

This ColorWorks lip gloss is exactly the gloss and color I was looking for. It goes on glossy but not too heavy and it has no scent so I can't taste it if I drink something or eat something while wearing it. It is not shimmery or glittery, which I think I'm too old for, and the light essence of color goes with my skin tone perfectly. Unfortunately there is no color name on the tube nor any other information for me to locate where this brand comes from.

As I said before I almost gave up on the lip gloss search. I initially went to Sephora and even had the advice of a "color expert" who gave me a Sephora brand lip gloss that was nice in all aspects except it was the wrong color for me, and a little expensive. Then I tried some darker colored lip gloss from Arbonne, which came off almost as fast as I put it on, it smeared and it was also the wrong color. I tried different chap-sticks which I still use all the time, but couldn't find anything colored or glossy enough for me.

I gave this lip gloss a 5 star as it is truly the lip gloss I have been looking for and meets all my needs. The only fall back is that I do not know where to find the ColorWorks brand, in case I need more lip gloss and I have no idea how much it costs!
