The one downfall about the old house we recently purchased was that the handyman that the previous owners hired to do the painting and odd jobs, did things half way. Another words, he didn’t care if he dripped a colored paint on the white trim or painted over something stuck to the wall. He also didn’t bother to dust window sills or baseboards before painting. If there was any dust, dirt or whatever there, he simply painted over it. So, we are now starting to do some touch ups to the paint throughout the house and re-do things that are downright ugly. I am currently painting my house and decided to use Colorplace interior semigloss paint. Everyone said I should go with a higher priced paint and that colorplace would be crappy paint. But I am completely happy with it. It is not only cheap, it comes in hundreds of colors and different finishes. It goes on easy and smoothly. It dries quickly. It also comes with a 15 year warrenty which is great. The only problem that I have had with it is that it does take a second coat most of the time. But the great things is you dont actually have to use a primer withit. Great will but again.
