This is a great cartridge. I found that it printed the number pages that Lexmark states on their website. The only draw back is that this cartridge IS NOT REFILLABLE. If you want a catridge that you can refill after it is empty do not buy this one. Buy the 37a or 37xla they will fit & are refillable. The 37xla (xl stands for extra large) will print more pages, the "a" denotes that the cartridges are refillable. Hope this helps.
