There are always those local places whose dingy exterior hides a wealth of local color. The Colonial Park diner was NOT one of those places. The dingy exterior hid an equally dingy interior with ashtrays decorating each table. The food was greasy and boring and the waitstaff both looked and acted bored to death. The best part about the place was that the menus were colorful. We actually saw a waitress empty an ashtray into a used coffee mug while cleaning the table.
Needless to say, we won't be returning there again.


Note: This review is from a visit about one year ago.  Recent advertising claims that they have updated, however I doubt that they are really a better restaurant.
