I got sucked in by this amazing offer I just could not refuse "Fourteen day free trial, just pay shipping and handling $4.99." Hey, I will admit they did ship it to me quickly.     Well that's when it went downhill. I had a lot of gas,and soft stool-do not really think that qualifies as cleansing, but OK.So I decided that I would not be interested in purchasing anymore of the product at $39.99 per bottle, for 30day supply(which is 2bottles),plus shipping and handling $8.99-can get a laxative to do the same thing for less.     Well if only it was as easy to cancel a monthly supply automatically being shipped to me,as they said it was. They plainly tell you, for your convenience at www.colonsmartcleanser.com , " you may cancel from the auto-ship by calling 1-888-765-5557 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm,but you must do so within 14day trial period." What they do not tell you is they will not answer the phone, and if they do answer, its a recording telling you to go on-line.    They also tell you "NO refunds for auto-ship monthly orders that have already been shipped, which they automatically withdrew funds out of your account for.    What a scam,if I could give less than 1star I would.

I am so sorry they got your $.Let me tell you, when I wasn't having any luck by phone or internet,I withdrew enough $ out of my checking account so that there wasn't enough to cover them sending me the product.Amazingly, after I did that, they contacted me,then I was able to cancel.Hmm,weird isn't it?Good luck, and don't give up the fight, what they are doing just isn't right.

I agree with Wheeling, I'm dealing with these crooks right now. They will not give out the name of the President of their company nor will they give me the registered agent's name. I am trying to get a refund from the $88.00 they just charged to my account. They rarely answer the phone. I did finally get the tracking# for the items they "autoshipped to me so that I can get some sort of refund. Watch out people they are scammers. You can't even go online to get to a website.
