Colgate Total Toothpaste Review

I really like Colgate Total Toothpaste.  I use it first thing in the morning and my mouth feels fresh and clean well after lunch.  Even after eating, it still feels clean and fresh.  I also brush my teeth before bed and they feel fresh when I wake up.  I do not have that nasty morning breath!  In my opinion, the gel is better than the paste.  The paste has little granules in it and I feel like I am crunching on them for a little while after I brush my teeth.  It's kind of like after you get your teeth cleaned at the dentist with their grainy toothpaste.  The gel still gets your teeth super clean and you have the just from the dentist feeling every day!  The flavor is nice an minty, but not too sweet.  Also, after using this toothpaste for a little over a year, my dentist commented on the difference in my teeth.  He noticed them looking whiter and the fact that some of the weak spots I had in my enamel have started to strenghthen again.
