Average floss
I have used this dental floss several times after receiving it at the dentist's office. It works well enough for floss, but personally, I prefer the disposable floss picks that have a small plastic handle. On these Colgate ones, they do have some positives. For one, the floss is pretty strong. Even when I get it down in between my teeth and it starts to get stuck, I can pull it out with a decent amount of force without it breaking (whereas other cheaper brands will break in the same situation). Another positive is that it does do a pretty good job of removing plaque buildup from between the teeth. But to me, the downsides outweigh the benefits. Like most dental flosses, this one is difficult to use in the back of the mouth, since you need to get two hands pretty far into your mouth. It also takes quite a long piece to be able to wrap it around a finger on each hand well enough for it to stay. I will use it if I receive it for free, but otherwise, I will stick to floss picks.
