Cold Stone Creamery - Oswego, IL —
We love Cold Stone Ice Cream, but the Oswego, IL store is dirty and disorganized. The service some evenings is really bad due to poor management - it seems. Long lines, and dirty counters make it unappetizing. We just went tonight when it was calm and there were receipts strung along counters, condiments all over and, ice cream dripping from the cabinets, etc. I asked for the manager and the teen behind the counter said she never came in. My kids use to love the showmanship and singing behind the counter, but they don't do that anymore...
