Cold Case is one of those shows that I don't set out to watch, but every time it ends up on my TV by default I end up waiting it, to the point of instant replaying it to get parts I missed when I was out of the room. Since The Amazing Race was moved to Sundays, it has the time slot right before Cold Case and after 60 Minutes. Late-ending sports games on CBS, usually football, push 60 MInutes to start ten, twenty, thirty minutes later, meaning everything else is off just that much as well. The first show I ever watched made me cry. It was about a young girl who was raped and killed wile her boyfriend was just knocked out. He then became the main suspect...of course! After looking at all the clues and talking to everyone in her life they finally narrowed it down and found her killer. It was just so sad to see such a young girls life be taken away for such a stupid reason. After that one show I was hooked!
They have all these cold cases that are in boxes in a storage room and something will come to them that makes them open up another box and take a fresh look at it. While talking to...

Last year sometime, I was watching a show called Big Brother when Cold Case came on right after. I didn't know the name of this show or anything about it. But, when the show came on, I was drawn to it. I didn't want to leave to my room like I had usually done after watching Big Brother, I wanted to stay sitting in my living room and watch it to see the ending result. It was wonderful. Every since I was introduce to this show, I now watch it 24/7. They give this show on TNT from 2-4 pm and then again on the same channel at 2-4am. I started watchng Cold Case years ago and truly enjoy the show. It reminds me of a jigsaw puzzle and the detectives have to put the pieces together. When you think you have solved the crime or the murder another twist happens and you find out that it is not the person you suspected. The only problem that I have with the show is that it comes on at 10:00 on Sunday nights and when there is a football game, there may be a 15 to 20 minute delay. Last year the show came on at 9:00 which was a good time. I will probably miss some of the episodes until the football season is over.
Cold Case is one of my most favorite TV shows. I really enjoy it. I find it to be very interesting how the people who work the cold cases can figure out cases from so long ago. They put together a limited amount of evidence and piece it together to solve a case that is from so long ago. I like to see how they solve the cases on the show. There are also some interesting side plots amongst th characters tha add interest to the show. I watch Cold Case every week. Very good show.
This is a great show with great story lines. The actors are amazing. It's not like any other show on TV. It puts you on an emotional roller coaster from beginning to end. I truly love it. Plus it's on Sunday evenings which is great because there is nothing else on. (the only bad part is sometimes it starts late because of a sporting event) But it is a great show and I highly recommend it.
Cold Case is not your average cop show! The team of homicide detectives the show revolves around dig deep into case gone stone cold with only the smallest shred of new evidence that magically blows the case wide open with some good old fashion detective work--no high tech gadgets here! Each show can stand on its own, and each will suck you in and keep you guessing until the bars slam shut on the jail cell.
