COLACE IS THE BEST TREATMENT FOR MEDICATION INDUCED CONSTIPATION I get constipation from medications I take for chronic pain and colace makes my life much easier.  Colace allows me to regulate the fluid content of my stools so I can prevent the discomfort of constipation.  I have tried increasing fiber, fiber supplements/drinks, and other meds to relieve this problem and nothing works like Colace.  There just isn't a comparable product out there, so I will stick to my Colace.  Its safe and non-addicting.
