Col. Potter's Cairn Rescue Network is nothing short of miraculous. They are a very well organized group. The email lists members have access to are very informative and educational. Colonel Potter Cairn Terrier Rescue Network, rescues Cairns from shelters, owner surrenders, and puppy mills. They do not turn away Cairns, because of age or health.
