Caffeine prevents me from falling asleep at the wheel or bursting into tears every time someone asks "How are you?", so I'm game to try whatever delivery systems are out there. Since energy drinks offer something new and interesting all the time, I'd almost forgotten about Coke and Pepsi. I am excited...

I have no problems referring to myself as an addict, a Diet Coke Addict. I know what I am. As with any addiction, too much is too much, so I've been trying to curtail my consumption some to only two or three thoughout the week. I stopped at the store to buy one tonight, after not having any in a couple... review »

So, I drink a lot of Diet Coke.  A LOT.  Probably far too much for my own good, but I can't help it, I just love it.  I never ever drank it growing up but in college, my good friend Dee (and ardent Diet Coke fan) lived with me for 3 months and in that short amount of time, I was hooked.  I suppose I should be happy she wasn't into other things, but I digress....

So, given that I drink a lot of diet coke, and given that I know it's probably not most healthy thing in the world, I was PSYCHED when Diet Coke Plus came out.  The premise:  the same old Diet Coke that I know and love, now fortified...

Safeway was having a killer sale on pop, but were out of regular diet coke, so I decided to give Diet Coke Plus a try. I am drinking it right now, and it is okay, but way too sweet for my taste. I think they might be trying to go for the "Classic Coke" taste, but I don't like regular soda, so this isn't what I was after. While I think the added "vitamins and minerals" are a nice touch, they haven't sold me on this one.  Back to regular Diet Coke and a daily vitamin!

Diet sodas use an artificial sweetener caller aspartame, which is derived from the amino acid phenylenaline. Aspartame actually increases your sweet tooth buy 300 %. That means that you actually crave more sugar or anything that is sweet. Companies that uses this product know that it does this and uses this additive to guaranty return customers. Diet coke plus might have extra additive that "pep you up" and may be considered healthy. However, the over all result in this product has very little if any positive effects on health. If you do not believe me just look it up for your self.

I never thought I would find something I liked better than Diet Coke until they came out with "Diet Coke Plus".  I've been drinking 'Diet Coke' since it first came out, everything else just tasted too sweet.  Since I can't drink coffee, this 'Diet Coke Plus' is very much the plus for me.  I can feel the little extra boost I get when I drink a can.  I feel better about drinking soda because of the vitamins and minerals I get from Diet Coke Plus.  The packaging is an eye catcher which doesn't hurt either.

This is one of the best tasting soft drinks on the market today, you get all of that good flavor and low calories plus the addition of many other ingredients that are good for building and maintaining a healthy body.  I would whole heartily recommend this product.  It can be found along with the regular soft drinks and has a reasonable price for those who have to pinch pennies.  The diet Plus Coke comes in all of the standard cans and bottles but I find that the 20 oz. is my favorite since I can sip and close the top but its still of a good enough size to carry around with me.  It even tastes... review »

Diet Coke Plus has a much better flavor than regular Diet Coke. It tastes somewhat sweeter and less artificial. I much prefer the flavor.

I had switched to drinking Diet Pepsi, as I feel it has a better flavor than regular Diet Coke; however, Diet Pepsi tastes a little "flat", like the can or bottle had been sitting around open for a while. The flavor of the Diet Coke Plus blows it away.

I'm not sure how much benefit you actually get from the vitamins that are added, but I suppose that if you don't take any vitamins otherwise, this would certainly help.

This was actually a pleasant surprise.  I do not normally drink diet Coke on a regular basis, but do enjoy the occasional treat.  I fully expected that odd after taste that is so common in energy drinks that have added "herbals" or vitamins.   I detected no such taste and found it to be no different in taste than regular diet Coke.  I have made it a point to purchase this jproduct when I want that occasional diet Coke.  If you are going to drink a soda, you may as well get some nutrional value from it.

This is a diet coke product, so it fits my needs when I need a carbonated drink and also want to stay alert. I wish the battle were not between caffiene and sugar however, since there are times when I want to have niether in my carbonated drink, and the Coke vs Pepsi war at bars, clubs and restaurants means I don't get that choice. It's either sugar soda, caffeine soda or sugar and caffeine soda, or water, coffee or tea. Hmmn, I carry caffeine free diet soda in the car, but rarely get to carry it in as that competes with the poor selection in the place of business.

I actually heard about about Diet Coke Plus from my sister while on vacation, tried it, and LOVED IT.  Which suprised me because Diet Coke is not the drink I will grab when thirsty.  I try to avoid carbonated drinks a lot because it causes a burning, stinging feeling in my throat, but to me, it seems that Diet Coke Plus has less of a "bite" than regular carbonated drinks.  The only downside to Diet Coke Plus is that it tends to be a little bit more expensive in my area.

I tried this new spin on my one true love: Diet Coke. I was pleasantly surprised. While I could detect a very slight different in taste, it wasn't much at all! The Vitamins and Minerals are not your ordinary Vitamin C and Calcium, but great for you none the less. I figure, I am doing to down a bunch of this stuff anyway, why not get a tiny bit of nutritional value? Good job Coca-Cola Co.! Now they just need to do a Diet Coke with Vitamins and Way More CAFFEINE!

:o)

Diet Coke with vitamins and minerals tastes great!  I'm not too sure about the vitamins and minerals, but if they are really in there and help your body, that's all the more reason to love it!  I'm really hooked on the taste!  I know diet soda contains artifical sweetners, but it is better than the sugar for the body.  For someone who can't get along without the lift that soda provides, this is the best available.

Diet Coke Plus is the best yet  of the diet coke 'flavors' that Coca Cola has produced. Caffeine does not really effect me but the vitamins in the tasty soda does have a little boost and better taste. Who could have thought a diet drink with vitamins and minerals could actually be a positive in all aspects with the exception of being bad for your teeth--but most things are so why not have a great atsing diet soda.

Diet coke is a family favorite, So wheni heard about diet coke with vitamins i ran right out and bought it. I have no intention of giving up my coke addiction, so a healthier drink really got me excited. It taste more like regular coke than diet, buts its still really good. I think anyone with a coke addiction should try this atleast once, what can you lose? You already drink soda, why not drink some vitamins too?
