I've always been a little leery of Coby products, but recently I got this TV as a gift. Initially I was surprised by the image quality. It really wasn't bad at all. The features really weren't too bad either. It had all the hookups I'd need for watching movies, picking up digital signals or whatever. As for its construction, though, it just didn't feel very quality. I had the feeling that it would break after not too long. From what I understand, Coby's do have this reputation. My sister recently got a similar model, and while she hasn't had problems yet, I'll be checking with her regularly to find out how the TV holds up. She has three small children, so if it can survive them it can probably survive anything. My feelings at this point are that a moderate quality TV this size is not worth the money because you can just use your laptop for many of the same functions. Save your money and just buy a bigger, more feature-rich TV down the road.
