Cobra - XRS 9430 Radar Detector —

I have had 2 radar detectors in my life. The newest was the Cobra XRS 9430. 2 speeding tickets later and almost $500 I find it's not worth the money.

The Cobra XRS-9430 12 band radar detector features Cobra's Xtreme Range Superheterodyne Technology, which provides more range than past Cobra models. The Cobra 9430 also provides voice alerts, and an UltraBright LED display with numeric signal strength indicator. The XRS-9430 radar detector also includes Cobra's intuitive IntelliMute feature, which will automatically mute the detector based on your speed. This model also has built-in support for the Ku band which is currently used in Europe.
