Cobb Cobb Premier Portable Stainless Steel Grill Review

The Cobb Premier Portable Stainless Steel Grill is very convenient for apartments, camping or small patios. It is small and compact and fits well into its carrying case. We have used this grill as our primary outdoor cooker for two years and it has not failed us yet.

The grill uses about ten charcoal briquettes and also features a moat for added flavor. 

It is very attractive, lightweight, and appears to have a high quality construction. However, this grill is not designed for the fast-order cook. You must take your time and not open the lid often while cooking, or you will lose all of the heat.

The Cobb is a great grill but it needs some getting used to and also some patience. It can be really hard to clean, but putting water in the moat helps (although it lowers the temperature) as does cooking spray on the surface. We always spray the insides with non-stick spray for easier clean-up.
