Coach Handbags Review

Many years ago I had several Coach bags. After a problem with customer service I stopped buying this brand. I had a problem where I had a Coach bag with a strap that broke after my second use of it. Knowing that it had a lifetime warranty I did not rush out to deal with the problem. By the time I remembered this problem and contacted Coach, they were no longer honoring their previous lifetime warranties. Even the salespeople in the Coach store agreed it was a problem and mailed it off to Coach without charging me the service fee. Instead of Coach fixing my bag, they sent it back telling me they could not. Even though they gave me a coupon for 50% off my next purchase, this changed my opinion of the company.

Now, many years later, I found myself in a Coach outlet store. I bit the bullet, knowing about their lesser warranty, and purchased a new Coach bag. I will not buy Coach bags as often any more, nor will I ever go into a full price Coach store again, but I do have to admit that they make beautiful bags.
