The new jeans are  33-34" in length. Some even are 35". I guess that is so people can alter them to their size. I wear 34" inseams so it pleases me not to get highwaters but it must be really annoying for those who need 30 or 31 inch inseams.

Yes... yes it is.  I'm right in an inbetween size where most are too long yet petites are too short.  So I go for the first and get higher soled shoes. 

As for my favorites... I haven't bought jeans in so long I'm not even sure any more.  I have a pair of button fly jeans that I completely adore, but I'm not sure which brand they are.  Pretty much any that are a low-rise, boot cut and are fairly inexpensive (a rarity now days)
