Clorox Disinfecting Wipes —

As a busy mom and host to many play-dates both in and out of my home, it has become necessary for my own peace of mind (and for the health of my family) to find ways to fight germs and bacteria and keep the house smelling fresh and clean. As a result, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are a must have both in the diaper bag and in the bathroom.

What I don't like about Clorox Disinfecting Wipes

  • I get my new container and have to fight to start it, you know to get it through that little hole so it will pop up
  • It isn't absorbent, so if I have a mess I have to dry it up first and then clean -- for home I may as well go ahead and use a natural cleaner and a micro fiber cloth
  • Not environmentally friendly, I feel guilty using once and tossing knowing it will sit in some landfill somewhere

What I do like about Clorox Disinfecting Wipes

  • once started they are easy to use
  • they clean and disinfect
  • leave a fresh clean scent but not overpowering
  • kills bacteria

This is how we use Clorox Disinfecting Wipes in our household-- they are perfect for leaving in the bathrooms making a quick clean and disinfect easy and fast. Perfect for wiping off potty chairs or making guests feel a little better if they have to do a quick clean from a little one's not so great aim. Traveling with them is easy and I can quickly wipe off a table for us to use, or seats or shopping carts or anything else that needs a quick disinfect before I want my children or family to use it. Great for public bathrooms.  I wish that they could make the container into a pop up pouch for travel -- sort of like a baby wipe. But then I would have to remember which one was Clorox Disinfecting Wipes  and which one was my Huggies with Shea Butter Baby Wipes.

I just discovered these. Were great for wiping down surfaces in a house I recently bought. Quick and easy!

I love these and I discovered the trick to threading the cloths thru. You don't start on the outside of the roll. You begin on the inside of the roll and they will unroll easy as pie. I have been using them for over a year. We use them for the office and when I first discovered them at K-Mart 2/$9 I got myself some. I love to use them to clean up the makeup residue on the vanity and for spot cleaning.

One thing I hate about these is getting the first cloth through that darn hole. I always get my fingers pinched. =( Other than that, I like using Clorox Wipes in my bathrooms. =) Great review!
