If you are someone who needs a little time like myself to decide on a large purchase like the vehicle you will be driving for the next several years don't bother going here. It does not matter if you leave a deposit they do not honor the original quoted price. It also does not matter that the documents that THEY write up and give you are not legitimate. Poor communication between departments. In my case they screwed up my loan, Finance flat out said that they made mistake and apologized for screwing up but wanted me to accept their shortcomings and pay approx. $50 more dollars a month. Then out...

Ordered a simple bulb replacement. Wrong one sent. Fine go to Honda and order correct bulb. My car is dismantled while awaiting the in console bulb. Should of been there next day - shows up at dealer on second day....fine...called to see if I could pick it up. Nope already fed eed and I should have it Monday...the truth was Fed ex hadn't picked up yet...They also did not overnight it ...they sent it express saver so I may see it by Weds....tried getting the GM on the phone several times...no luck there!

Exactly why my other car is a Toyota!!!!
