It must be a couple of years now that I have been using Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover for lids, lashes and lips.  I keep a full-size bottle at home, but love those free samples bottles for traveling.

The makeup remover comes in a clear plastic bottle with the Clinique logo on it.  I always smell a product first and it has a light astringent smell to it.  I use either a cotton ball or a Kleenex tissue folded into a small square.  I then apply a little of the remover to this.

I've been using Clinique Take The Day Off eye makeup remover for over 4 years now and must say it is the most gentle one I've used and always reach for.  I have gotten a little bit of product in my eyes on two occasions and did not feel any stinging or irritation.  Not that I suggest getting it in your eyes!  I find a bit of tissue paper or a q-tip applicator works well in applying the product.  I notice it works best with my eyeshadow and eyeliner.  Mascara I don't like to remove in this method since it seems to take many passes no matter which type of eye makeup remover you use.  For mascara...

I absolutely love this product!!! my mom had always used it and bought it for me for christmas along with other clinique products and i immediately fell in love with it.  Even after my shower when i felt like i had gotten ALL of my makeup off and my face was "CLEAN" , as soon as i used this make-up remover i could see all the makeup that was still left on my face.  It was amazing and i am so glad that i was introduced to this product.  My face feels clean and fresh after i use this and that is exactly what i want.  Other makeup removers can be oily and greasy but this one is completely opposite...

Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover is the best makeup remover I have ever used.  It removes your makeup without having to rub your skin.  It gets the job done.  And, I also like it because after using it; it almost feels like it conditions your skin.  I have oily skin with some dry spots and it helps out the dry spots.  I like to follow that up with the Clinique Soap.  I think it helps suds up the soap much more also.  I have also used it to remove eye makeup.  It works great.  Don't have to rub there either.  I would recommed this to every woman who wants their skin to be soft...

I used this product years ago but used other brands for the past few years because it is a little costly. Anything but this clinique is second best because this gets all of the make up off- even the really thickly-done eye makeup will come right off your face. It's really good for people like me who have sensitive skin. For awhile I had acne AND sensitive skin and this product allowed me to wear makeup without stressing my face out in an additional way.

This is a greatttt makeup remover! It takes everything off that needs to be taken off. All you need is a little at a time and the makeup comes off very easily. The first time that I used this product I felt that it was a little oily but after a few times I got used to it and don't mind it anymore. The bottle is a pretty good size which holds a lot. Clinique's Take the Day Off Makeup Remover is one of my must-have beauty products. I think it's definitely better than Clinique's other makeup removers. It takes off the most stubborn waterproof mascara easily! It's also not oily like a lot of other makeup removers. I recommend this to anyone who wears a lot of eye makeup. I have super sensitive skin and find that most make-up removers burn my eyes whenever I take my make-up off. Clinque is the first (and so far, only) make-up remover i've found that does not burn my eyes when I use it. It may be a little pricey but it's well worth it and it really does last a long time. I highly reccomend Clinique Take the Day off Make-Up remover to anyone with dry or sensitive skin. It works really well and is really gentle.
