I am a big fan of clinique.  When they say non-hypoalergenic they really mean it.  Before a product comes out it undergoes rigerous testing.  If one of the test individuals has a bad reaction to the product, they do nt release it.  They go back to the drawing board.  This product gets an A++ from me.  It is not greasy or oily.  Your eye make-up will be removed with no effort.  Clinique is not the least expensive product out there but if you are on a budget I suggest pairing your purchases with cliniques bonus with purchase times.  You can sign up for email and/or text message alets for when there is a bonus time at one of your local stores.  Sign up for thier email list.  They offer bonuses as well as other discounts and specials online too.  I spend about $120 a year on clinique and pair my purchases with sales, discounts and bonuses.  I always have morethan enough make-up and even give away quite a bit of the free items I get, because I already have too much :)
