I was blessed with good genes, but after nine months of raising my eyebrows at a particularly rambunctious class of high school seniors, my forehead suddenly developed lines. I don't like to wear my hair in bangs, so I started looking for a product that might soften the lines a little. Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus claims to give you 63% of the results of a laser treatment after 3 months of use. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so I can't say how well the claim will hold up, but I am cautiously optimistic. My forehead is smoother, and the smile lines around my mouth are softer. The product is kind of expensive, so I use it only in targeted areas. It is truly fragrance-free, and is made in the USA. Absorption This product absorbs quickly without leaving behind a greasy/oily mess. Doesn't Clog Pores Clinique has a reputation for being really careful to make clean, skin-friendly products. I don't use the Repairwear Laser Focus on parts of my face where my pores are noticeable, but it hasn't caused any breakouts. Effectiveness I know that no cream or topical product can completely erase lines, but I am optimistic that Repairwear will lessen the harshness. I rate it a 7 because the jury's still out.

I am only in my 20s so I use this for wrinkle prevention, so I can't really say I notice a dramatic change... but that's the whole point! My skin looks and feels bright and smooth and beautiful when I use this. There may be high-end products that work better, but this is relatively inexpensive, easy to find, has no fragrance which is very important to me, and is a nice-looking bottle on my sink. Absorption This has a great consistency. Doesn't Clog Pores My pores are gaping holes on my face waiting for products to turn them into blackheads and pimples... and I had no problems with this. Effectiveness I had a very bad experience with thermolysis (a type of electrolysis) that left me with bad scarring on my upper lip. It lasted a few months and I was afraid it would be permanent. Within a few weeks of using this product, it was gone. I have never had any professional or dermatologist-performed procedures so I can't compare it to that.

I am in my 30's and starting to see fine lines and sun damage already. I was seriously considering something drastic, like Botox, but I decided to give this a try first. It's been about a month, and I've used it at least once, most days. (So I'm far from a perfect user!) I can see a difference. I took pictures on the first day, but honestly, I don't even need to go back and look at them, because I can tell my lines are less harsh looking already. I've also been getting more complements on my skin lately. I've been told my skin is 'glowing' and 'gorgeous', and I've been asked what I've been doing lately, because my skin is looking so good. That's a pretty good result in my book! And without an injection! The serum feels good on the skin too. It's lightweight, and makes my skin feel silky. Depending on what I've got going on, sometimes it's the only thing I put on, other times I layer it under my moisturizer. I don't like a heavy feel, especially before yoga class, but this doesn't bother me at all.  If you are unhappy with the early signs of aging, or thinking about going to see a doctor, I definitely would say to give this a try first. I'm happy I did!

Okay, I have to admit the first 2 weeks I was only mildly impressed with this. But now, after 5 weeks, I'm sold. It completely revitalized my skin in all regards - small wrinkles reduced, correction of a LOT of damage, and really awesome texture overall. I read that some people had breakouts, I have sensitive skin and did not. It also does not inflame my rosacea. As far as premium serums go, it's a relative bargain. 100% recommend to women (and men too) who need a boost especially in the winter months to their skin.

Clinique's Wrinkle Corrector is used primarily at night.  Once you put the cream on, in about ten minutes you will begin to feel the skin tightening and tingling around your eyes and mouth.  It is totally the best wrinkle cream I have ever used.  Give it a try.
